Major movie 2022 is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who was martyred in action during the November 2008 Mumbai attacks and was consequently awarded the Ashoka Chakra, India’s highest peacetime gallantry award, on 26 January 2009.

Therefore, Filmed simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages, the film follows the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. He is an army officer who was martyred In Action in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Major movie Movie Review 2022

Certainly, Adibi Sesh has posted a video clip on his Instagram account and write, Jaipur first time we saw people in the theater scream along with the film. “Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan AMAR REHE. Massive moment in my career”. Later, Some chanted the cheers like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and Sandeep Unnikrishnan ‘amar rahe’ and the audience gave a standing ovation at the end. Therefore, Sobhita Dhulipala who will be seen playing a key role in the film got emotional looking at the audience’s reaction to the film.

Earlier, The team of Major 2022 movie is receiving in their pre-release multi-city premiere. After receiving applause and cheers from the audiences in Pune and Ahmedabad, the Jaipur screening had audiences get extremely emotional. After that, the first preview screening of the film in Pune opened to a full house and ended with a stand ovation. Finally, they waved tri-colored flags and many emotional touching moments. Major movie 2022 had limited theatrical release starting from 24 May 2022 with special pre-release screenings in selected cities across India including Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Bangalore, Jaipur, Mumbai, and Kochi. Most importantly, Major is scheduled for a wide theatrical release on 3 June 2022 in Telugu and Hindi languages, along with the dubbed version in Malayalam. Earlier, it was supposed to release on 2 July 2021 but was deferred to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, in August 2021, Sesh began filming the final schedule of the film. In December 2021, firstly the shooting of the film was completed. Moreover, the post-production work began with Sesh dubbing for the Hindi version. Meanwhile, this film was shot in 120 days and was filmed in over 75 locations. After that, the release was rescheduled but the release date was postponed due to the Pandemic. Finally, in February 2022, the film was rescheduled to release on 27 May 2022 before being pushed back to 3 June.

Then finally comes to the main part where Sandeep is seen arguing with his senior that he will go upstairs to kill the terrorists even after a dangerous sign is witnessed.

In this movie, Prakash Raj is a very important character. In the Father role, Prakash Raj is the Best Performer in the movie and some credit goes to the writing too. Moreover, he was as perfect as usual but when he comes on the screen, his dialogues can make You cry and feel proud at the same time. Saiee Majrekar is the lead actress. Otherwise, Shobita Dhulipalla will be seen as a guest of the Taj Mahal hotel and will be seen as a mother of a small girl too.

Movie All Songs

The first single titled “Hrudyama” was released on 6 January 2022. Later, the second single titled “Oh Isha” was released on 18 May 2022. Overall, The film score and soundtrack album of the film is composed by Sricharan Pakala. Otherwise, the Zee Music Company acquired the music rights. Hrudayama is the first song of Major movie. In this song, The lyrics are soulful, making the love story between a future hero and his soulmate feel special.

The songs of the Movie were so good and while making a Patriotic movie you just need some good soulful songs. But the movie lacks good connecting songs. In the Oh Isha song, Armaan Malik’s voice is dominant, cheerful, and tender. Then Rajiv Bharadwaj’s lyrics use stock usages such as ‘Kotha Lokam’. At the same time, there are creative lines that liken the blooming romance to the unshackling of bonds.

Otherwise, Krishna Kanth has penned the Hrudayama lyrics for ‘Radhe Shyam’ as well and he is the go-to lyricist for love songs these days. Overall, the composition of his songs is adequate and striking.
