Khuda Haafiz 2 is a story where Sameer and Nargis after overcoming all odds, find a ray of sunshine when little Nandini enters their lives and their family is complete; But their happiness is short-lived. In a bizarre twist of fate, Nandini goes missing.

Khuda Haafiz: Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha or Khuda Haafiz 2 is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action-thriller film in 2022. Most importantly, this film is a sequel to the 2020 film Khuda Haafiz. Above all, the film is written and directed by Faruk Kabir and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Sneha Bimal Parekh, and Ram Mirchandani under the banner of Panorama Studios. Otherwise, it stars Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi. Meanwhile, Khuda Haafiz 2 is scheduled to be released theatrically on 8 July 2022.
Earlier, after the release of Vidyut Jammwal starrer Khuda Haafiz 2, a police complaint has been lodged against director Faruk Kabir at the ACP Mir Chowk, Dabeerpura police station, in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, a complaint has been filed for hurting the religious sentiments of the Shia Muslim community. Furthermore, according to the complainants, though a song called ‘Haq Hussain’ in Khuda Haafiz 2 shows the Shia community and the Muharram procession in a bad light by showing them as violent. Whatever, the song has mocked the holy ritual by showing violence.

Khuda Haafiz is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language direct-to-video action thriller film. Faruk Kabir penned and directed this movie. On the other hand, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak under Panorama Studios produced this movie. the film is inspired by true events and follows Sameer Chaudhary going through the financial crisis of 2007–2008. Though, he is a young man who races against time to rescue his kidnapped wife Nargis from flesh traders. It stars Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi in the lead role.

Earlier, the film was scheduled to release on 17 June 2022 but was postponed. Therefore, it was announced On 7 June 2022, that the film will be theatrically released on 8 July 2022. Furthermore, the makers of Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pariksha announced that the film will be released in theatres on July 8. Moreover, Vidyut will essay the role of Sameer who sets out to rescue his wife Nargis played by Shivaleeka Oberoi.
